    Yes. We provide 24 hour reception and guests can check in anytime.

  • Do you provide parking?

    Yes. We provide free parking to all our guests depending on the availability of the parking space during certain busy times.

  • Do we have to share a bathroom with other guests at the hotel?

    No. All our rooms have en-suite shower rooms.

  • Do you provide breakfast, lunch or dinner at your hotel?

    No. We don’t provide food at the hotel but there is tea/coffee making facilities in every room. We also have a common microwave and refrigerator which the guests can use anytime. There are many restaurants and cafes only a few minutes away- Starbucks, Macdonalds and traditional cafes amongst many restaurants.

  • Do you have any shops around your hotel?

    There is a food superstore Morrison just on the corner. We are just a few minutes walking distance from Stratford Shopping Centre and Westfield Shopping Centre.

  • What’s the nearest tube station to your hotel?

    Stratford Underground Station is the closest tube station from our hotel where there are tubes/over ground trains connecting all across the London. Stratford is on the central line and jubilee line.

  • Do you have any public transport operating during the night near your hotel?

    There is bus number 25 and 86 which operate 24 hours and bus stops are located just across from the hotel.

  • Do you have a television in the rooms?

    All the rooms have television with free view. There are 145 channels available on the free view box

  • Do you provide Wi-Fi internet at the hotel?

    Yes. We have strong fibre optic Wi-Fi internet in all our rooms and it is free of charge.

  • How can we get to your hotel? Is there any free shuttle service available from the airports?

    We don’t provide a shuttle service. However there is a public shuttle service running from Stratford station to and from Stanstead Airport. London City airport can be reached through the over ground trains frequently operating from Stratford Station.
